Posted on 12/17/2020
All Perkins Schools students can get free breakfasts and lunches through the end of the 2020-2021 school year. The program also is offered to all students attending lessons remotely.

For the online-only students, the meals are available on a weekly basis and distributed via a grab-and-go method from the rear of Perkins High School for all Perkins School District students.

Meals have been distributed for schools days through Tuesday, December 22. No meals will be distributed during the holiday break.

Meals for remote students will resume on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, from 11 am. to noon for the school days of January 5-11. On Tuesday, January 12, lunches will be distributed for school days on January 12, 13, 14 and 19. Please be advised, there is no school on Friday, January 15, for a Staff Day, and on Monday, January 18, for Martin Luther King Day.

The meals will be distributed on Wednesday, January 20, for January 20-25, and on Tuesday, January 26, for the school days on January 26, 27, 28, 29, and February 1.

The grab-and-go meals include both breakfasts and lunches, and are free to all students in grades K-12, regardless of income levels. They are available for pickup on scheduled days from 11 a.m. to noon in the rear of Perkins High School.
